For over 40 years, Patricia has influenced patients to move past any fears or challenges to progress forward. She provides a clear path to success through motivation and focus, enabling patients to attain their objectives. Her counseling techniques are empowering—allowing patients from all walks of life to receive guidance that’s unique to their circumstance. With an understanding, Patricia can emphatically address the emotional aspect of weight along with its connection to self-esteem. She also provides individuals, couples, and families with the proper resources to navigate differences to help restore balance. For patients who suffer from trauma, Patricia gently pilots the conversation using cognitive behavior techniques; she also employs patients with the appropriate coping skills to help with stress, which allows them to sustain daily pressures. Bringing in her athletic prowess, Patricia is proficient in coaching athletes and teams who want to transform their performance in any area. With Patricia’s counseling expertise, patients become more competent to triumph through any of life’s interferences.

Patricia szriftgiser

With over 40 years of experience, Patricia’s resume speaks for itself. She holds a BA and an MA in psychology from JFK University in Buenos Aires, Argentina, completed post-graduate studies in psychoanalysis and became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and psychoanalyst (L.M.H.C.) with the State of New York in 2006. Life Coach. Patricia is a multilingual psychotherapist (Spanish, English, Hebrew, Yiddish, French, Italian, and Portuguese), who specializes in individual, couples and group counseling of adults and adolescents; crisis management; sports psychology; and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Additionally, Patricia is backed by the BC-TMH credential, which allows her to deliver counseling sessions through technological means.
